Trish is currently in her last term at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Her academic journey is characterized by a strong commitment to learning various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, as well as myofascial release.

Trish believes in the transformative power of massage to alleviate stress, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall relaxation. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for her clients.

Throughout her studies, Trish has developed a profound appreciation for the therapeutic efficacy of massage in addressing personal injuries. Beyond its reputation for inducing relaxation, she believes massage therapy emerges as a pivotal modality in facilitating the recovery process for individuals grappling with a spectrum of injuries, both acute and chronic.

Outside of school and work, Trish enjoys spending time outdoors, at the gym, or playing with her Golden Retriever named Carl. Trish enjoys spending time with family and friends ,as trying out new recipes and baking in her spare time.
