To report a claim, ensure you have:

  • License plate numbers of all involved vehicles
  • Driver’s license numbers of all drivers involved
  • Insurance details for non-ICBC insured vehicles

Reach ICBC at 604-520-8222 or report online at icbc.com/claims/report. Regardless of fault, all parties in a motor vehicle accident (MVA) are entitled to ICBC treatment benefits, including ICBC physiotherapy and ICBC massage therapy.

After an accident, setting up a comprehensive treatment plan is crucial for recovery. We need:

  • Your full name
  • Your ICBC claim number
  • The date of the accident

Contact us to begin your ICBC active rehabilitation without delay. Our skilled team will start your therapy promptly to reduce recovery time. Treatments must start within 12 weeks of your accident date. Additional treatments will need approval from your ICBC Claims Specialist.

3. COST OF TREATMENTS ARE COVERED

If your MVA claim is approved, ICBC will cover the cost of your treatments for the first 12 weeks after your accident. Seeing as every injury varies in severity and recovery time, some patients may find they need additional treatments. If this is the case, our ICBC Support team will contact your Claims Specialist to get supplementary treatments approved.
